Raise Money Without Trying!

Two ways to raise money for CCF UK without really doing anything at all!

 Shop

easyfundraising.org.uk

By signing up with easy fundraising you can raise money for CCF UK while you shop! How it works: when you shop at various partner sites (including amazon, eBay, lastminute and SO MANY MORE), a small percentage of your spend is donated to CCF UK. Once registered you can download a piece of software that will detect when you are shopping on a partner site and prompt you to claim your donation which can be up to 15% but is usually in the range of 0.75-3%.

Search the internet

We are also launching our own internet search page which raises money through your normal internet searching. All you need to do to start raising money is visit our site listed below. Sounds too good to be true? It really isn't - you can even find out how much you're helping raise along the way and pass this on to as many friends, family, colleagues as you like - the more people using this search page, the more money is raised for Cambodian Children's Fund UK.

So, simply visit our website and we'll guide you into how you can set us as your homepage. You'll be raising money for us with minimal effort in no time at all.

But if there's no cost involved - where does the money come from?
  • Yahoo! search participates in a global search advertising market worth over £30 billion per annum.
  • As with all search engines, companies pay an advertising fee when users click on links during their internet searches
  • Yahoo! receives its share from the advertising fee, then we split the remaining value 50-50 with CCF UK.
  • You MUST search through your Supporters Page in order to generate revenue for CCF UK.

Business Expert Joins CCF UK as Trustee

CCF UK is delighted to welcome a new Trustee, Liam Palmer who brings with him a wealth of business experience.  He is a Practice Partner in a global consulting firm and provides change and operational expertise to CCF-UK.
Liam spent ten years as a British Army Officer, holds an MBA, lives in Geneva, Switzerland and has three sons. Adopted at birth in New Zealand, Liam’s family helped house ‘boat people’ and he attended school with refugees. Liam has had a long held ambition to find a practical way of helping those in Cambodia and, inspired by reading about Scott’s success, he first supported CCF by sponsoring a child through the CCF external education programme in 2011. He is a welcome addition to the existing core Trustees:   DI John Geden, Juliet Phillips and Liz Bolton.  Several new Trustees are to be announced shortly.
